    I am writing to inform you of my difficulties with your product and customer service. We purchased a Sumsung Dishwasher in September of 2014. We assumed we were buying a quality product because we own many other Samsung electronics including tvs and phones.
    Within a month of it”s arrival the dishwasher became very noisy. We called your customer service and were told _quotunless the dishwasher stops working_quot they will not send someone out to look at it. We called a few times to register our concern but received no service.
    So, it was not entirely a surprise when our dishwasher stopped working. At this point the dishwasher was beyond it”s warranty and we were told there was nothing Samsung could do. We considered getting it fixed but were told there was no Samsung technicians in our area. At this point we were left to figure things out on our own.
    Obviously, we are very disappointed with the quality and service we received and our questioning whether we will continue to purchase Samsung products in the future. If this is the case, we would feel compelled to tell our family and friends to not purchase Samsung products as well.
    To remedy this situation, we are asking to be reimbursed for a portion of the cost of the dishwasher. I think you will agree that a dishwasher should last longer than 2 years. I think half the cost of the dishwasher would be fair.

    I have tried fro 5 days now to try get assistance from samsung. This has been the most difficult company to deal with. Nobody can speak English. They transfer you from one person to the next. You are advised to buy another computer to make thier software (smartswitch) work on it, even though I already have windows 10 on a new computer.

    This experience has been nothing but terrible. I strongly suggest not buying samsung because of their terrible customer serivce. I have tried and tried to reach management and there is no way of reaching management at samsung. They take your money and that is all they want. They are a terrible company and I strongly suggest taking your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

    If I sound angry, yes I am. after 12 plus hours talking to people at samsung we have achieved nothing and they do not know what they are doing. I strongly suggest buy another product. Not their phone, not there appliances, nothing. Run as far as you can from these idiots.

    Just spending hours on phone trying to solve simple problem.. NO help at all.
    Bought Samsung appliances, refrigerator Model #RF18HFENBSR. Requires external water filter for icemaker. Manual suggests supplier where appliance purchased. NOT at Home Depot! Referred to Reliable Parts.. DON’T HAVE. Several circular calls to Samsung – refer me to HOME DEPOT/SAMSUNG service – don’t have it. Help phone number back to Reliable Parts, HAHAHA. Sincerely regret purchase. As bad as BELL for service. WOW!!!
